It was first established as Dragon Investment and Securities in 1995 by Mr. Nesar Uddin Mohammed Oli Ullah. The company was then incorporated in June 2006 in the name of Dragon Securities Ltd. as an equity dealer and brokerage house dealing in the capital market.
The company is a Full Service Depository Participant of Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd. (CDBL). It is authorized and regulated by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission of the Government of Bangladesh.
